With experience on both the agency and corporate sides, Richard combines the agility of a consultant with deep expertise in managing internal stakeholders and navigating complex agendas. He has led high-performing, cross-cultural teams across industries and geographies, delivering award-winning, integrated campaigns that have shaped categories, driven behavioural change and generated tangible business results. His accolades include three EFFIE Grand Prix for Effectiveness and Advertiser of the Year in China.
As co-founder of Maikai, a social impact agency leveraging sport and education to drive meaningful change, he partners with businesses, clubs, and sporting associations to create sustainable programs that deliver for their people and the communities in which they operate.
Richard also serves as an advisor to Bain & Company and sits on the board of Luüna, an award-winning period-care company.
