Who we work with

We work with local government agencies and other public sector organisations, secondary schools, FE colleges, universities, certified skills providers, businesses and business groups, and community and social organisations.


We have built relationships with outreach training organisations to fil the gap in rthe provison of tertiary level vocational education in Mole Valley.


We are very grateful to everyone mentioned below for their active support, advice and guidance.

High Sheriff of Surrey

We're working with Peter Cluff, the High Sheriff of Surrey for 2025/26, on his work addressing the challenge of the high number of 16-17 year olds 'Not in Employment, Education or Training' (NEETs) in Surrey.

Head of Therfield School James Malley.

We work with four local secondary schools:

  • Therfield School
  • St John's School
  • St Andrew's School
  • Howard of Effingham School

to engage their less academic pupils from age 16 onwards in career-based activities, such as work experience, apprenticeships, vocational career talks from successful young adults

with businesses, and advice on 'conscious career planning'. 

We also work with Leatherhead Trinity Primary School.

We work with further education colleges and universities including:

  • Nescot
  • East Surrey College
  • University of the Creative Arts
  • University of Surrey

to enable young people gain the qualifications they need to find suitable employment.

  • The RHS at Wisley, 
  • MIT Skills Providers; 

and potential employers, such as Clarion Homes. Kier Construction, Wates and many local gardening enterprises,

to offer further vocational training and direct experience of the world of practical outdoor work.

We are a corporate member of the Leatherhead Rotary Club.
